Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. We would accept the returns in following conditions.

  • All items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact
  • All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition
  • Originals receipts would need to be included
  • All items would need to be purchased originally from

If non of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refund regardless that the items have been mailed back to us.

Return : We accept returns only if the product is defective and if it meets all the conditions mentioned above.

There are two ways to return the product to us:

  • Pick up: In most locations, we offer a free pick up service. You will see a pickup option when you submit a return request.
  • Self-Ship: If we don’t offer a pick up at your location. In such cases, we will credit the shipping costs in the form of Ohana credits provided the product meets the return policy and you have shared scan copy of the courier receipt with us.


  • We accept exchange only in case of the sizing issues and the customer has to bear the any extra cost incurred in exchange
  • All exchanges and returns would need to be raised within 14 days of the delivery.
  • There could be a difference in the motifs as all the products on are hand embroidered. (RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE IN SUCH CASES)
  • There could be a difference in color due to lightening effects or due to screen resolution and color balance. (RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE IN SUCH CASES)
